Creamy Couscous Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pearl Couscous
  • 4 Cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1.5-2oz Mac and Cheese Sauce Base
  • 2TBSP Butter
  • ½ Cup Whole Milk

Steps

  1. Bring vegetable stock to a boil, add the couscous and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Drain the couscous and put back into the pot.
  3. Add the butter to the couscous and mix gently until melted.
  4. Add seasoning and milk and mix together.  Turn burner onto low heat just to bring up to temp and serve hot.
