Better Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of 90% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Better Burger Seasoning

Steps:

  1. Place ground beef, egg yolk and Better Burger Seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Split the mixture into 4 equal sized balls and prepare to cook.
  3. Bring a skillet or your grill up to temperature over medium heat.
  4. Flatten the patties to ¼” thick and place on the hot skillet or grill.  Allow to cook so a crust forms before flipping over, once you have a nice crust flip the patties.
  5. At this time if you want cheese top the patty with some sliced cheese.
  6. Allow to cook to your desired temperature and top with your favorite condiments.
