Ingredients:
- 1 pound of 90% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon Better Burger Seasoning
Steps:
- Place ground beef, egg yolk and Better Burger Seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
- Split the mixture into 4 equal sized balls and prepare to cook.
- Bring a skillet or your grill up to temperature over medium heat.
- Flatten the patties to ¼” thick and place on the hot skillet or grill. Allow to cook so a crust forms before flipping over, once you have a nice crust flip the patties.
- At this time if you want cheese top the patty with some sliced cheese.
- Allow to cook to your desired temperature and top with your favorite condiments.
