Toasted Orzo Pasta

Ingredients:

200 gr Orzo Pasta

25 gr Water

24 gr Orzo Seasoning

25 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil

20 gr Balsamic Vinegar

Steps:

  1. Toast Orzo until brown in olive oil, add water and cook to desired texture
  2. Drain, reserving the pasta water
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Orzo Seasoning, cooked Orzo, pasta water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar
  4. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours
  5. Garnish with chipped green onion and crumbled feta
