Get to know some of the newest additions to the Fuchs team!

This week we’re putting the spotlight on some of our new team members. Read below to get to know them!

Andrew Adami, Training Coordinator

Q: Tell us a little about yourself.
A: I received my master’s degree in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College in December of 2019. I played soccer and lacrosse from a young age, then continued playing soccer at Frostburg State University. After two years, I transferred to Towson University and received my bachelor’s degree in 2016. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing in my backyard by the koi pond and watching premier league soccer on weekend mornings. When September comes around, you can find me rooting for the Ravens. I was a valet at a restaurant called Cosima for several years while earning my degrees at Towson and McDaniel. In that job, I was able to refine my customer service skill set to assist others in the simplest, most effective way possible. This is something I pride myself on.

Q: What’s your favorite part of your role here at Fuchs?
A: My favorite part is forming genuine relationships with the wonderful employees at Fuchs.

Q: What are you most looking forward to about your role?
A: I’m looking forward to making positive changes and implementing a standardized training program for employees in Hampstead and Grand Forks.

Q: What’s your favorite food?
A: Cheeseburgers!
