Southwest Style Chicken Marinade

Ingredients: Salt, spices, dehydrated garlic, yeast extract, dehydrated tomato, corn syrup solids, dehydrated onion, torula yeast, maltodextrin, jalapeno peppers, jalapeno pepper puree (jalapeno, vinegar, salt, natural flavors), lime juice solids, natural flavors (including paprika extract).

To make:

  1. To marinate chicken, use boneless thighs.
  2. Add chicken to bowl and add a TBSP of water to chicken.
  3. Season liberally: 1 heaping TBSP of seasoning per pound of chicken thighs.
  4. Allow to marinate overnight (if possible) in the fridge.   

Southwest Chicken Batter 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt, cayenne pepper sauce (aged red pepper, vinegar, salt, garlic), dehydrated garlic, maltodextrin.

Contains: WHEAT

To make:

  1. In a large bowl, add 1/2C of All Purpose Flour, 1/2C Seasoning, and 1 1/2C of room temp water. Mix well and allow to bloom in the fridge for 1-2 hours.  
  2. Take seasoned chicken and dip into batter. 
  3. Remove from batter and dip into seasoned flour.
  4. Remove from flour and drop into a 325-330* fryer for 10-12 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160*F.

Southwest Ranch Spread

Ingredients: Salt, buttermilk, dehydrated onion, maltodextrin, paprika, dehydrated garlic, ancho chili pepper, chipotle pepper, jalapeno peppers, spices, Aleppo chili peppers, corn syrup solids, dehydrated green onions, natural flavors (including paprika extracts), lime juice solids.

Contains: MILK

To make:

1C of mayo, 1C of sour cream, 1/2C of buttermilk and 1/4C of seasoning.  Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
