Signature Recipes from the Kitchens of Fuchs

 

 

Pickle Brine Tater Tots

 

Ingredients:
All-purpose wheat flour, salt, maltodextrin, dehydrated onion, lactic acid, vinegar, natural flavors, citric acid, spices, malic acid and not more than 2% silicon dioxide used as a processing aid.

Contains: WHEAT

To make

  1. Deep fry your favorite tater tots until crispy.
  2. Add the fried tater tots to a bowl and sprinkle them with Pickle Brine Seasoning until they’re fully coated.
  3. Serve while hot.

Cajun Chesapeake Air-Fried Vegetables

 

Ingredients: Salt, maltodextrin, spices, paprika, lemon juice solids, natural flavors.

To make:

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut your choice of vegetables into large chunks and place in a large bowl.
  3. Coat the vegetables in olive oil and sprinkle them with Cajun Chesapeake Seasoning until they are fully coated.
  4. Add the seasoned vegetables to the air fryer and cook for 7-9 minutes or until browned around the edges.
  5. Serve while hot.

Signature Sauce

 

Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, tomato powder, spices, salt, maltodextrin, natural flavors, citric acid, salad mustard solids (distilled vinegar, mustard seed, salt, turmeric), onion powder, modified food starch, extractives of paprika, vinegar, and less than 2% silicon dioxide added as a processing aid.

To make:

  1. Mix together 7oz of mayo and 2oz of buttermilk.
  2. Add 2 TBSP of Signature Sauce Seasoning.
  3. Mix well and allow the sauce to sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours for the flavors to marry.
  4. Serve with your favorite fries.
