Signature Recipes from the Kitchens of Fuchs

Risotto

Ingredients: sea salt, cream powder, dehydrated onion, yeast extract, dehydrated garlic, maltodextrin, spice, torula yeast, butter (cream, salt), nonfat dry milk, dehydrated chives.

Contains: MILK

To make

2 Cup Arborio Rice
1TBSP Olive Oil
6 Cup water
3 TBSP Seasoning

  1. Bring water to a simmer in a pot and hold at temp.
  2. Sautee Arborio in olive oil over medium heat until starting to brown around the edges
  3. Add water 6-8oz at a time while constantly stirring
  4. Once you have added 1/2 the water add the seasoning to the pan.
  5. Add remaining water and finish with fresh shaved parmesan and a pat of butter.

Umami Bread Pudding

Ingredients: dehydrated mushrooms, dehydrated tomato, dehydrated onion, yeast extract, dehydrated garlic, natural flavors, spice, dehydrated chives.

To make:

  1. 1 pound butter croissants, 2 whole eggs plus 1 yolk, 1.5 cups of heavy cream, 40 gr of seasoning
  2. Tear croissants into medium sized pieces, add eggs, seasoning and cream and gently mix by hand leaving the croissants with some chunks.
  3. Allow to soak in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350*F
  5. Coat an 8X10 pan with butter
  6. Add croissant mix to buttered pan
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5-7 minutes before serving.


Winter Nog

Sipping Cream

Ingredients: Sugar, Starch, Natural Flavors, Spices, and Xanthan Gum

Eggnog – Mix 2 TBSP into 8oz of milk/plant-based milk and mix with emersion mixer or shaker bottle for 1 minute until dissolved

Milkshake – Mix 3 TBSP into 8oz of milk/plant-based milk and mix with blender/frother for 1 minute until dissolved and aerated

*Recommended usage is 2-3 TBSP per 8oz liquid, based on flavor and texture preference
