These four easy, great-tasting recipes are just the beginning of what you can create when you start with our Rise & Dine Seasonings as your foundation:


Red Hot Cereal

Ingredients:

  • Sunflower Oil
  • Red Hot Cereal Seasoning
  • Plain Cereal of Choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200*F
  2. Create a slurry with 60% sunflower oil and 40% Red Hot Cereal Seasoning.
  3. Coat cereal of your choice at 60% base and 40% slurry.
  4. Place coated cereal on a foil lined sheet pan and place in conventional heated oven for 5-7 minutes, just enough time to dry out the cereal.
  5. Allow to cool and enjoy with cold milk.

Mushroom & Cheese Biscotti

Ingredients:

  • 3TBSP Mushroom & Cheese Biscotti Seasoning
  • 4TBSP Softened Butter
  • 4 Lg Eggs
  • 1/4C Olive Oil
  • 5 C AP Flour
  • 5 C chopped Almonds or Toasted Pine Nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease (or line with parchment) two baking sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together butter and seasoning until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until each is absorbed before adding the next.
  4. Scrape down the bowl, then add the flour.
  5. Mix until the dough is cohesive. Stir in the nuts.
  6. Divide the dough in thirds. Shape each third into a 10″ log and place on the prepared baking sheets, leaving at least 3″ between them. Wet your fingers and pat the logs into smooth rectangles 10″ long and 2 1/2″ wide.
  7. Bake the logs for 20 to 25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 300°F.
  8. Transfer the logs to a cutting board and spray or brush lightly with water. Use a serrated knife to cut into 1/2″-wide slices. Don’t press down on the knife; rather, draw it back and forth in a sawing motion until the slices are cut, to keep crumbling to a minimum.
  9. Return the slices to the baking sheet, standing up with 1/2″ of space between them. Return to the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until very dry and lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan. Store in an airtight container.

Blood Orange Coriander Instant Shake

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 TBSP Seasoning
  • 20oz Milk or Milk Substitute
  • Blender Bottle or Blender

Instructions:

  1. Combine seasoning into Milk or Milk substitute in a blender bottle.
  2. Shake well and enjoy.

Coffee Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Jar of Seasoning
  • Single Batch Pancake Mix

Instructions:

  1. Combine 1 jar of seasoning with your favorite single batch recipe pancake mix.
  2. Cook as directed.
