Ingredients:
200 gr Orzo Pasta
25 gr Water
24 gr Orzo Seasoning
25 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20 gr Balsamic Vinegar
Steps:
- Toast Orzo until brown in olive oil, add water and cook to desired texture
- Drain, reserving the pasta water
- In a mixing bowl, combine Orzo Seasoning, cooked Orzo, pasta water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar
- Cover and chill for 2-3 hours
- Garnish with chipped green onion and crumbled feta
