Signature Recipes from the Kitchen of Fuchs

 

 

Spicy Marinara Seasoning

 

Ingredients: Tomato powder, salt, sugar, spices, onion powder, garlic powder, maltodextrin, natural spice extractives (including paprika), extractives of paprika, olive oil, vinegar, natural flavors, and less than 2% sunflower oil, soybean oil, tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, and/or calcium silicate added as processing aids.

Spicy Marinara Chips
Use topically at 7-9% on unsalted kettle cooked or flat potato chips, or salted pita chips.


Sofrito Lime Seasoning

 

Ingredients: Dehydrated onion, salt, dehydrated bell pepper, tomato powder, dehydrated garlic, paprika, sugar, citric acid, spices, olive oil, corn syrup solids, cilantro, natural and artificial flavors, lime juice solids, lime oil, and less than 2% sunflower oil, soybean oil, tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, and/or calcium silicate added as processing aids.

Sofrito Lime Plantain Chips
Use topically at 7-9% on plantain chips.


Mango Chamoy Seasoning

 

Ingredients: Sugar, spices, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, citric acid, dehydrated bell pepper, mango, natural flavors, corn syrup solids, corn starch, lime juice solids, lime oil, and less than 2% sunflower oil, soybean oil, tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, and/or calcium silicate added as processing aids.

Mango Chamoy Tortilla Chips
Use topically at 10-12% on unsalted tortilla chips.
