Signature Recipes from the Kitchens of Fuchs
These four easy, great-tasting recipes are just the beginning of what you can create when you start with our Summer Sensations seasonings as your foundation:
- Lemon & Herb Yogurt Dressing
- Tropical Seasoned Grilled Cod
- Peachipotle Dip/Sandwich Spread
- Creamy Southwest Popcorn
Lemon & Herb Yogurt Dressing
Steps:

Combine ½ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt with 2-3 Tbsp. milk and 2 Tbsp. Lemon and Herb Dressing Seasoning.
- Mix well and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).
- Serve with a fresh green salad or as a dip for freshly cut vegetables.
Chef Elizabeth’s Tip: This dressing is also wonderful as a dip for grilled chicken skewers!
Tropical Seasoned Grilled Cod
Steps:
- Apply 1 Tbsp. of Tropical Seafood Rub Seasoning to a 6 oz. cod filet.
- Place in a sealed container and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).
- After marinating, preheat grill to Medium High heat.
- Evenly apply pan spray to seasoned fish.
- Place on grill and cook for 4 minutes, then turn over and grill for 3-4 more minutes or until fully cooked.
Chef Elizabeth’s Tip: This tropics-inspired seasoning is also perfect for salmon, scallops and other seafood.
Peachipotle Dip/Sandwich Spread
Steps:
- Combine ½ cup sour cream or plain whole milk Greek yogurt with 2 tsp. Peachipotle Dip Seasoning.
- Mix well and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).
- Serve with freshly cut vegetables, chips or other snack items.
Chef Elizabeth’s Tip: This dip is also delicious as a flavorful spread for sandwiches and burgers.
Creamy Southwest Popcorn
Steps:
- Place 1 cup freshly popped popcorn in a bowl.
- Spray lightly and evenly with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle popcorn with 1 Tbsp. Creamy Southwest Snack Seasoning.
Chef Elizabeth’s Tip: For a fun snack mix, try this seasoning on other munchies like chips, crackers or dehydrated vegetables.
