This seasoning collection introduces classic Korean dishes for consumers to enjoy from anywhere in the world. Each seasoning blend in our new collection delivers on authenticity, while also featuring elements of American comfort food.
The comfort food trend has been growing in popularity since the onset of the pandemic in 2020 and is still on the rise. Yet, consumers are also seeking innovation within the comfort food category. With Mintel reporting that 37% of consumers associate Asian cuisine with the word ‘comforting,’ we decided to focus our new collection on Korean classics that provide comfort but deliver bold flavor experiences as well.
Our new collection offers authentic Korean flavors that we anticipate will be trending in the food industry across multiple product categories. Not only are these seasonings innovative, but they allow consumers to experiment with Asian flavors right at home.
