On March 27th, the Fuchs team will be in Savannah, Georgia, heating things up with some seriously good culinary masterpieces at RCA! Stop by booth 500 for our Southern-inspired dishes featuring smoke and fire, crafted by none other than our very own Chef Elizabeth Landry. Here’s a preview of what she’ll be whipping up:
• Grilled Low Country Shrimp Cocktail with Mississippi Comeback Sauce
• Smoked Pork Belly on Cheddar cornmeal waffles with Georgia Peach-apeno BBQ sauce
• Campfire S’mores Cupcakes
At our booth, the fun doesn’t stop with the food – donate at least $5 to the Culinology Education Foundation when you stop by and we’ll give you a commemorative RCA 18 t-shirt! Fuchs will match all donations.
We’re also supporting RCA by sponsoring the Spirits, Stories and Savannah Pre-Conference tour, where participants will receive a sample of our Fire Kissed Bloody Mary Mix.
