Cinnamon Cayenne Seasoning for Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp cinnamon cayenne seasoning

½ cup of seasoning for topping cookies


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or coat with baking spray).
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, beat until combined.
Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, seasoning and salt. Mix until just combined, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl every now and again.
Scoop or roll dough into 1″ balls.
Place on baking sheet, about 2″ apart. Bake for 10-11 minutes, or until cookies have set.
Sprinkle seasoning on top of the cooked cookies to garnish.
Allow to cool.
Enjoy with a glass of cold milk.

Five Spice & Berry Trail Mix Seasoning

7 oz. (198 g) Roasted Sunflower Seeds
5.5 oz. (155g) Roasted Almonds
3.5 oz. (99g) Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 can Cooking Oil Spray
6.5 oz. (183g) Fuchs Berry and Five Spice Trail Mix Seasoning
3 oz. (85g) Dried Cranberries
1.5oz. (43g) White Chocolate Chips

In a bowl or on a tray, combine sunflower seeds, almonds, and pumpkin seeds
Lightly spray with cooking oil until coated.
Add nut mix to a gallon Ziplock bag with Fuchs Berry and Five Spice Trail Mix Seasoning and shake vigorously.
Add banana dried cranberries and white chocolate to bag and lightly shake to evenly mix
Portion into smaller bags to enjoy on your favorite hiking trail!

Pumpkin Spice & Seed Blend for Yogurt

8 oz. (227g) your favorite plain yogurt
.75 oz. (22g) Fuchs Pumpkin Spice Seed Blend

In a bowl, combine yogurt with Fuchs Pumpkin Spice Seed Blend.
Stir until completely incorporated.
Enjoy as part a part of a balanced breakfast.

Superfood Smoothie Mix

1 oz (29g) Spinach
8 floz. (226g) Almond milk
1 ea. (140g) Banana, frozen
10 oz. (283g) Diced mango, frozen
1.5oz. (42g) Fuchs Superfood Smoothie Mix

Add spinach and almond milk to blender
Blend on high for 30 seconds
Add banana and mano to blender
Blend for 30 seconds, until completely smooth
Add Fuchs Superfood Smoothie Mix to blender
Blend on medium for 30 seconds
Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy
